Brian Stevens, Sr. - Founder & President

Conflict Management Expert, Entrepreneur, Author, & National Conflict Management Innovator. For the past two decades, Brian has had extensive experience in conflict resolution, dispute resolution, and human capital strategies within a variety of contexts. In 2011, he established N2B Solutions Group, LLC. – an Everything DiSC® Authorized Partner and premier provider of the Conflict Dynamic Profile® and Everything DiSC® assessment tools.

Brian serves as a Certified Conflict Resolutions Expert, Development Dimensions International® Facilitator, and Human Capital Strategist. He successfully identifies opportunities to grow and improve, reduce conflict in the workplace, develop and articulate calculated plans to include conflict competency lifecycle implementations for private, public, nonprofit, and federal agencies.

As former Chief Operating Officer of Business Investment Growth, Inc. (BiGAUSTIN), Brian executed all day-to-day operational aspects of BiGAUSTIN, assisted the Executive Director to strategize and execute short/long-term goals, reduced conflict in the workplace, increase team building, in the aggressive and successful growth of the BiGAUSTIN. As Founder & CEO of Tru2Vets Foundation, Brian’s passion is ensuring affordable housing and professional leadership training for Texas veterans. As former Founder & CEO of Never 2 Busy, Inc. Brian developed retention & promotional tools for corporate usage nationwide.

Brian is a Service Disability Connected Veteran with 24 years of honorable military service. Brian served in the United States Navy and United States Army during his military career. While serving in the Navy, Brian held several key leadership positions from the Naval Military Personal Command,Washington, DC to the Joint Naval Operations Base, Africa Command - Djibouti, Africa. Brian is a graduate of the U.S. Naval Justice School in Newport, Rhode Island and a graduate of the United States Army Reserve Officer Candidate School. Brian believes management is not done behind a desk and leadership is a continuous work in process.

Brian is a Member of the American Bar Association Section of Dispute Resolutions and has been featured in Fortune Magazine’s, “100 Best Companies to Work For (Jan, 2000)”, Fortune Magazine's, "100 Best Companies to Work For First China Edition (Mar, 2000)." Brian attended Concord Law School, Juris Doctor (JD) Program, Walden University, PhD Program - Leadership & Organizational Development. He received his Masters in Human Capital Management from Capella University, Bachelor of Science degree in Human Resource Management from Park University, Alternative Dispute Resolutions Mediation Certification from the University of Houston Law Center, Conflict Dynamics Profile Certification from Eckerd College Center for Conflict Dynamics, Talent Management & Performance Development Certification through Development Dimensions International Inc. (DDI), Everything DiSC® Authorized Partner, Everything DiSC® Certified Solutions Provider, and received Grant Writing and Grant Research training from Grant Writers USA
