Conflict Coaching and Mentoring

You are competent in every other aspect of your life, but when it comes to conflict, you typically have one primary response. Whether your Conflict Response Mode (CRM) is denial, aggression, capitulation or avoidance, it's what you tend to do when under pressure – in the heat of the moment. Rather than consciously choosing how you want to respond, the response just happens!

If your CRM isn't working for you, N2B Solutions Group is here to help.

We can help you identify and understand your current Conflict Response Mode and learn more conscious and constructive alternatives for responding to conflict. There's no need to be held captive by the CRM you learned years ago!

As a conflict coach, we can:

* Help you understand why the same conflict patterns and scenarios keep re-occurring in your professional or personal life.
* Help you replace old, unproductive conflict response modes with more productive ones.
* Help you think through and strategize about how to prepare for and deal with a difficult meeting or discussion.
* Provide you with support before, during and after a difficult negotiation session.
* Help you prepare for a mediation session.

Individual conflict coaching and mentoring is ideally suited for executives, managers, supervisors, attorneys, couples or anyone wanting to enhance their conflict competence.

Team coaching

Teams possess gifts – the individual and collective talents and natural strengths of the members who comprise the team. But all too often, teams end up working at cross-purposes, either internally or externally, resulting in wasted effort, resources, and outcomes. N2B Solutions Group can help teams diagnose their current patterns of behavior and help them move toward shared understanding, recognition of common goals and values, clearly stated strategies, and agreements concerning project responsibilities and time lines. Conflict Dynamic Profiles (CDP) and Everything DiSC® are hot, fresh, and amazing.

Walk Through our Everything DiSC® 363 Project:

The high-potential leader, working together with one of our coaches and a boss or HR team member from inside the group, decides on which individuals he would like to participate in the survey. Our coach drafts a template invitation email to send to these participants, and after making any necessary adjustments to tone, language, etc., the leader sends it out. Our coach then initiates the online invitation process, checking periodically on the status of the survey and resending invitation prompts to participants as needed.

Debrief Coaching Session

When the survey is closed, our coach creates reports of the results, sends them to the leader, and delivers a confidential debriefing session. At this time, our coach answers any questions the leader might have and helps him create a relevant action plan for growth. This is followed by a meeting with the boss or HR team member to discuss the project. Our coach will later follow up with the leader to ensure that learning takes place.
