Walk Through our Everything DiSC® 363 Project:

The high-potential leader, working together with one of our coaches and a boss or HR team member from inside the group, decides on which individuals he would like to participate in the survey. Our coach drafts a template invitation email to send to these participants, and after making any necessary adjustments to tone, language, etc., the leader sends it out. Our coach then initiates the online invitation process, checking periodically on the status of the survey and resending invitation prompts to participants as needed.

Debrief Coaching Session

When the survey is closed, our coach creates reports of the results, sends them to the leader, and delivers a confidential debriefing session. At this time, our coach answers any questions the leader might have and helps him create a relevant action plan for growth. This is followed by a meeting with the boss or HR team member to discuss the project. Our coach will later follow up with the leader to ensure that learning takes place.
